Robin Hood And The Potter - KS2 Reading Comprehension And Model Text: Myths And Legends

This KS2 reading comprehension resource tells the tale of how Robin Hood disguised himself as a potter to trick the Sheriff of Nottingham. It can be used to test comprehension skills and as a model text for writing activities.

The text is accompanied by 20 reading comprehension questions (with answers provided on a separate sheet). These questions target key comprehension skills such as retrieving information, making inferences and understanding unfamiliar vocabulary.

A planning sheet is included to help children map out their own piece of writing inspired by the model text.
