How confident are your staff when teaching English?
Literacy Leads can use our staff audit to allow colleagues to share areas of literacy where they would like further training or support.
The information can then be used to inform subject development plans and CPD for staff in your school, giving the Literacy Lead an overview of CPD requirements across the school.

How to use this resource
Sections of the audit, linked to your subject development plan, could be given at the end of a staff meeting to help inform the focus of CPD in future staff meetings or to help identify colleagues who may benefit from training available from an external source.
