We’ve presented these tricky words on cards for display and as mats that you can use for table work. There are also assessment sheets inside, so you can tick off words as children learn them.
Teach pupils to:
Use knowledge of morphology and etymology in spelling and understand that the spelling of some words needs to be learnt specifically, as listed in English Appendix 1
