This whole-school primary writing resource pack is based on the Winter Olympic Games. Pupils will research sports included in the winter games, before going on to create their own event that could be included in the games based on winter sports, combining two or more sports or creating a new event within one of the sports.
Pupils will plan and organise their ideas before writing an instructional text about their new event.
