Teach pupils in year 1 and year 2 about Christingle and what its parts symbolise to Christians. The teaching slides also explain the history of the Christingle service, which has become a popular event during the festive season.
A writing task is included to allow pupils to demonstrate their understanding of the parts of a Christingle and what they represent.
